With a strong background in clinical training and private practice experience, he has worked with diverse populations, including individuals with attentional and learning difficulties, memory deficits, and emotional regulation challenges. His clinical interests include assessments for neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and learning disabilities, as well as neurocognitive disorders like Alzheimer’s disease. Additionally, he provides insight into mood disorders, including depression and anxiety, helping individuals and families better understand and address their psychological well-being.
Education and Experience
William holds an Honours Bachelor of Science (BSc., Hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, where he gained valuable research experience in the Cognitive Neuroscience Lab and the Self-Regulation and Motivation Lab. His dedication to advancing his clinical expertise led him to pursue a Master of Psychology (M.Psy) in Clinical Psychology at Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto. As part of his ongoing training, William is set to begin his clinical internship in the Inpatient Adolescent Program at Ontario Shores Centre for Mental Health Sciences in September 2024.
